Due to the current Covid-19 regulations, Diana Damrau unable to travel to Berlin for the
concert on 27 February conducted by Christian Thielemann. Camilla Nylund [pictured] to stand in.
Due to an asymptomatic Corona case in her immediate family and the quarantine regulations and entry
restrictions associated with it, soprano Diana Damrau is unfortunately unable to give her guest
performance in Berlin.
The Berliner Philharmoniker and Diana Damrau are deeply disappointed about this and extremely grateful
to Camilla Nylund for agreeing to take over the soprano part in Richard Strauss’s Orchestral Songs at
short notice. The program remains unchanged.
