Franco Fagioli forced to cancel due to health reasons – Julia Lezhneva takes over the role of Piacere in George Frideric Handel’s Il Trionfo del Tempo e del Disinganno conducted by Emmanuelle Haïm
Countertenor Franco Fagioli has unfortunately had to cancel his participation in the concerts from 9 to 11 March at the Philharmonie Berlin and in the concert on 8 April at the Baden-Baden Easter Festival conducted by Emmanuelle Haïm for health reasons. His part in George Frideric Handel’s Il Trionfo del Tempo e del Disinganno will be taken over by the soprano Julia Lezhneva.
The Berliner Philharmoniker are very grateful to Julia Lezhneva for stepping in at such short notice.
