Mauro Peter cancels for health reasons – Linard Vrielink [pictured] takes over tenor part in Mozart’s “Coronation Mass” conducted by Kirill Petrenko
The tenor Mauro Peter has unfortunately had to cancel his participation in the concerts of the Berliner Philharmoniker at the Philharmonie Berlin on 27 and 28 April under the direction of Kirill Petrenko due to health reasons. This also includes the Europakonzert on 1 May at the Sagrada Família in Barcelona and the tour concert on 3 May at the Auditorio Nacional de Música in Madrid. His part in Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart’s “Coronation Mass” will be sung by the Dutch tenor Linard Vrielink.
The Berliner Philharmoniker are very grateful to Linard Vrielink for stepping in at such short notice.
