Bluey and Apple Music Classical invite families to discover orchestral music together

Bluey and Apple Music Classical have teamed up to help families bring orchestral music into everyday life, with Bluey’s first‑ever official curated playlist – created exclusively for Apple Music Classical by the show’s lead composer, Joff Bush.
Designed for shared listening,this playlist invites children and grown‑ups alike to dance, conduct and listen along – offering a joyful and accessible introduction to orchestral music. Featuring many of the classical works that appear in, inspire or are referenced throughout Bluey, the playlist highlights some of Joff Bush’s personal favourites.
The playlist launches alongside Bluey’s fourth album, Bluey: Up Here, which features 17 brand‑new orchestral recordings by composer Joff Bush and the Bluey Music team, recorded with Queensland Symphony Orchestra and Camerata (Queensland’s Chamber Orchestra) conducted by Joseph Twist.
Bluey composer Joff Bush has also created a digital booklet exclusively for Apple Music Classical to help parents understand the album’s background and context and to support shared musical discovery with their children.
The collaboration reflects a shared commitment by Bluey and Apple Music Classical to make orchestral and classical music feel like a natural, enjoyable part of everyday life.
Already, Bluey’s emotionally rich use of classical music has reached millions of children around the world with its expressive use of sound in storytelling. This playlist and exclusive album guide build on that, giving families a beautifully presented way to discover orchestral music together, at home, in the car or wherever they listen.
This is the latest family‑friendly addition to Apple Music Classical’s rich ecosystem where listeners can explore expertly curated playlists, composer stories and beautifully presented recordings – including lossless and Spatial Audio – all designed to make classical music easier to discover and enjoy.
