A week ago, May 6, saw the Coronations of King Charles III & Queen Camilla in Westminster Abbey. Out of necessity, some of the music played was arranged (by Iain Farrington or John Rutter), skilfully, to accommodate the reduced forces. Here are seven pieces from last week recorded as written – Elgar, Handel, Holst, Parry, Vaughan Williams and Walton.
