To celebrate the 150th birthday of the World’s greatest tenor, Enrico Caruso, British opera singer Mark Milhofer has launched a Kickstarter to raise funds to record Caruso’s own compositions alongside those written for him. Mark’s mission, as a huge fan of Caruso, is to help keep the great man’s memory alive and is appealing to lovers of the arts to support the recording of this double album at Caruso’s home outside Florence.

Mark’s research has uncovered around 60 composers and over 80 songs, many in manuscript form, unpublished and probably never heard before, that were written for Caruso’s voice. Please find a link to the Kickstarter here.
