You were right. My ticket for October 4 was a washout. Couldn’t get a refund because they put in a new program with a different conductor. Well never one to give up I bought a ticket for Gothenburg in December. Got one of the last tickets. It is now sold out. Since he is now living in Gothenburg I am hoping he will be well enough to conduct.. any thoughts about this possibility? Great program Mozart Piano Concerto 34 and Brahms 4.it is a long way from Rochester, Ny but I REALLY want to see him one more time.
It would be awful if San Francisco was the last concert of such a brilliant man and conductor.
