The MÁV Symphony Orchestra is the gift of the local railway company, so my train of thought was to seek out a webcast of this concert, keen to again hear the Dohnányi (first came across it many years ago through Milton Katims’s Seattle recording). However, the signals were consistently red regarding that destination. Then I remembered Leonard recorded the Suite in St Louis and Classical Source had reviewed it:
