This isn’t my usual sort of thing, but thanks to Dave Hurwitz’s enthusiasm, I investigated Karl Richter’s Bach organ recordings. He recorded enough for DG to fill three CDs, but for the moment this revelatory LP will suffice – great playing, a wonderful-sounding organ, superbly recorded. One never stops exploring music and musicians.
