Leonard Slatkin conducts Kinah, a tribute to his parents, Felix Slatkin & Eleanor Aller, and introduced here by the composer.

6 December 2015 in Orchestra Hall, Detroit, with the Detroit Symphony Orchestra; on the day Kinah was paired with Mahler’s Resurrection Symphony. If I may say so, Kinah is a strong piece and stands up well.
