London-born Laurie Johnson’s many Film and TV credits include Dr Strangelove, The Avengers/The New Avengers, It Shouldn’t Happen to a Vet, The Professionals, Animal Magic, Jason King, Captain Kronos, and, outside of this, Symphony: Synthesis (recorded with jazz soloists and the London Philharmonic). Johnson has also recorded music by Dmitri Tiomkin and Bernard Herrmann, including the latter’s score for Hitchcock’s North by Northwest.
