Before Re-opening to the Public on 17 May
Ahead of re-opening to the public on 17 May, Wigmore Hall today announces 19 concerts between 12 April and 10 May – all of which will be live-streamed on the Wigmore Hall website from an empty hall free of charge to audiences around the world. The wide-ranging programme includes the Wigmore Hall debut of experimental vocalist Elaine Mitchener, an evening of jazz with saxophonist Trish Clowes, a focus day dedicated to the British composer Brian Elias, as well as concerts by leading singers and instrumentalists based in the UK. Wigmore Hall’s re-opening programme from 17 May, including the 120th Anniversary celebration plans, will be unveiled in April.
