BBC Proms 2022 – Prom 58: the world premiere of “This New Noise” [BBC commission] with Public Service Broadcasting, Seth Lakeman, and the BBCSO conducted by Jules Buckley. August 30; Royal Albert Hall. No review but a souvenir photo.
I listened on the radio, ironically!!!, and found the music very disappointing, so bland. Hopefully it was better in the hall with the visual things a well. At least I didn’t have to travel for such a short evening. That would have taken longer.
